• Process and fulfill your orders (typically via Tri-Pod, our permitted, print-on-demand Fulfillment party);

• Tri-Pod – Our official third party Fulfillment party for all consumer product orders made through the Nifty’s World Market. All transaction-related customer data is shared with Tri-Pod solely for the purpose of order processing, shipping, and customer service. (Please refer to their Fulfillment Policy at tri-pod.com);

DATA RETENTION

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, subject to your right to request that we delete your data. If you ask us to delete or stop using your personal information, we may  not be able to honor that request if the information is required to process your payments or returns, fulfill your order, or comply with tax, audit or regulatory requirements.  We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you request that we delete it.

MINORS AND CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
